The thing is, I found all the rest in pocket change (which took some time), and with each new one that came out my aunt (who also collects state quarters) went to the post office, where they received & distributed those quarters (the ones my aunt got were P mints). Considering the programs has ended (accept maybe for what OrganicAct said), they most likely do not have them any longer, but then again they most likely might. So try to see if your local post office might have some. Good luck!
I started collecting sometime between ‘04-’06; I first came across an Arkansas (P), found it interesting and decided to find more and then I found Indiana (P) and then Iowa (P). Then it took me I don’t know how long to find everything else before that (considering the program began back in ‘99) and had to keep up with the current ones (of the time).
The letter D on coins means it was made in the Denver coin mint. The letter P means it was made in the Philadelphia coin mint. And the letter S, found in sets the U.S. mint makes for collectors, not intended for circulation, means it is made in the San Francisco coin mint.

Good luck with your quarter collection! They can be hard to find. In regards to the quarters, the collection has been extended to 2009 to cover Washington, DC (the United States capital), Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Google should have more information. Folders are available for these new coins as well.
For my euros coins, I do have albums also. But when I start the state quarter collection I was in the states and I found this cheap book
For a very “limited” colelction I found this quite “nice”.
I keep mine in an album with pages, I hate those cheapo books. the coins fall out a lot.
